Zach LaVine is a man on a mission this upcoming NBA season. The talented guard will have the chance to be part of a winning team for the first time in his career after the Bulls added exciting pieces to their roster.

After an entertaining offseason, the Chicago Bulls are seen as one of the most competitive teams in the Eastern Conference. Zach is ready to lead the franchise to the postseason and prove his worth to everybody.

The former Minnesota Timberwolves player didn’t get a contract extension this offseason and will work to get that deal next year. Nobody doubts the Bulls want to keep him on board, but they decided to take a different route and surround him with the right talent to compete in the East.

Talking about his contract situation, Zach made it clear he understands the nature of the league and how things are handled in the association. Still, he’s entering the new season full of motivation to prove his value.

“It’s business… I have a lot of different motivations in my life I try to use on the court,” Zach told Yahoo! Sports’ Vincent Goodwill.

With a better team, the challenge gets bigger for LaVine. Now he is expected to make some noise with the Bulls, trying to take advantage of the additions of DeMar DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, and Alex Caruso.

Chicago has an exciting project for the next season, and fans are very excited to see how they fare in a stacked Eastern Conference.
