Ever since he made it to the NBA in 2003, LeBron James has been quite a polarizing figure. Some love him, some hate him, but everybody talks about him.
That’s why he’s always been great advertising material. He’s successful, has fulfilled every single goal he’s had in his career and has a huge fanbase ready to buy every single thing he endorses.
And, even if you’re not a fan of him and actually dislike him, you still won’t be able to escape advertising and will get to know the product just because of LeBron James, so it’s a bit of a win-win there.
If you want a perfect example of this, you just have to check LeBron’s latest hilarious commercial for Mountain Dew Rise.
In the ad, James starts wondering what would’ve been of him if he was the kind of person who constantly hit the snooze button. He would pretty much be just another regular – although pretty tall – person, or even perhaps a Salsa King.
LeBron in his new commercial. 😂

James is then featured dancing to salsa classic ‘Devorame Otra Vez’ as a dance instructor, showcasing his moves and prompting countless reactions on social media.
His dancing is actually pretty nice ngl ðŸ˜

LeBron has never been the one to be ashamed of laughing at himself and it’s pretty clear that he has a feel for acting, as we’re about to see on Space Jam: A New Legacy.
Also, he’s been known for being heavily involved in the entire process of the products he endorses, so there must be a good reason – other than money – for him to agree to this deal with Mountain Dew.
So, even if he never hit that snooze button and became one of the greatest NBA players of all time, it’s clear that he could also have made a living as a salsa teacher.
