Draymond Green: ‘LeBron James Is Arguably The Greatest Player Of All-Time’

When it comes to the GOAT debate, LeBron James will always be a part of the conversation.

Over the course of his 16-year career, James has averaged 27 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 7.4 assists on 50% shooting. He’s also a 16x All-Star, 4x NBA MVP, 2x Olympic gold medalist, and 3x NBA Champion.

Despite this, not many actually recognize LeBron as the GOAT and, instead, defer to Michael Jeffrey Jordan. To many, James’ flaws and blemishes mak it impossible for him to ever catch Jordan — no matter how close he may actually be.

But for Warriors star Draymond Green (who has played against Bron in five Finals), he thinks King James is deserving of the highest status right now.

“He’s arguably the greatest player of all-time. Look at his resume, it’s flawless.”

Draymond is clearly impressed by James; heroics on the court, but he spoke even better of James’ actions off the court. Having poured into his community in more ways than one, he has become a voice for the people and Draymond clearly respects it — going so far as to say James should run for President.

"Hopefully [LeBron] will run for President one day."

For a guy who has been James’ rival for years, those are some seriously strong words. Despite their history and the long line of players who have come before him, Draymond believes in LeBron’s claim to the throne.

Who are we to argue?
