Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen have become one of the most famous couples in the NBA world. None of them is actively working with or for the league, yet their connections with two of the best NBA players of all time earn them a lot of attention in the media.
After they came clean and became an official couple, many questions surfaced about them. Having kids, as usual, was one of them. First, Larsa rejected this idea, but more recently, they spoke candidly about it.
“There’s been conversations around [having kids],” explained Marcus, via PEOPLE. “When we go and we meet people, or I’m introducing you to some of my friends, or you introduce me to some of your friends I feel like it gets brought up.”
“But I feel like we’ve never had a one-on-one, private conversation about having children,” he added.
Pippen thinks that is a little early to decide what to do in that department, and she wants to see where the relationship takes her and Marcus.
“It’s one of those things where I think time will tell, you know?” she said.
“I do feel like I’m happy, because I have four kids, and I feel like you don’t have kids, so basically it’d be a question for you. Because I’m really fulfilled with my four children,” Larsa said, though she admitted later in the podcast that she would be “open to having one more child.”
Marcus added that he was so focused on his ‘Trophy Room’ store as his little baby. He put a lot of attention and time into that and focused completely on making a name by himself.
Neither he nor Larsa is trying to become parents right now, but Marcus admits that being the uncle of sister Jasmine’s baby has brought up the possibility to the table.
As Larsa said, time will tell how this situation plays out, but they both seem to be open to exploring their chances.
