Kyrie Irving Is Apparently ‘Focused’ On Having MVP Caliber Season: “He’s More Than Just A Dribbling Sensation.”

For all the drama and chaos Kyrie Irving has caused the Brooklyn Nets, his talent on the court remains as strong as ever.

As one of the best scorers and ball-handlers in the game, Uncle Drew has the game to put the whole world on notice — and that’s exactly what he’s preparing to do this summer.

According to Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson, Kyrie has been training and working for weeks to have a redemption campaign in 2022-23.

Irving’s focused on having an MVP caliber season literally. “He’s more than just a dribbling sensation.”

Kyrie really hurt his legacy with all of his antics last season, and many are convinced that the turmoil he brings to the locker room is not worth what he provides on the court.

But for the Nets, even after all the discourse he sowed, they haven’t been so quick to trade the 2016 NBA champ.

“All-Star Kyrie Irving also opted into his $37 million player option, committed to the 2022-23 season in Brooklyn and sources with knowledge of the situation say he has been working out with teammates and holding constructive dialogue with the organization this offseason. Brooklyn has made clear to interested teams that they plan to keep the seven-time All-Star, according to sources (via Tha Athletic).”

If Kyrie really means what he says and comes out this season like a man on a mission, it could prove all the haters wrong while lifting the Nets to a respectable position in the Eastern Conference.

But for a guy who has never shown to be consistently committed to anything for very long, it’s tough to buy that the show stops now.
