The Brooklyn Nets and the New York Knicks share one of the fiercest rivalries in the NBA. Given the proximity of the two franchises, they are constantly competing against each other for bragging rights and the honor of being dubbed New York’s team. And last night, the Nets completed an incredible comeback against the Knicks at Madison Square Garden.

The Nets completed a 28-point comeback against the New York Knicks to win the game 111-106. It was an impressive showing from the Nets, who relied on Seth Curry and rookie Cam Thomas to help complete the comeback. Kevin Durant was in attendance for the game and even took a shot at the New York Knicks fanbase after the game.

After the game, Kevin Durant took to Twitter to celebrate his team’s win. Durant noted on Twitter that Brooklyn Nets fans were very loud at the Barclays Center before he corrected himself and said Madison Square Garden. Durant was taking a shot at the fact that there were more Nets fans at the Garden and made it seem like their home court.

The Nets will be thrilled with the win, but they will also hope that they will have their big three back soon. Kevin Durant is out with an injury, whereas Ben Simmons is still preparing to make his return, after not having played for the entire season. As for Kyrie Irving, he is currently not allowed to play home games due to the vaccine mandate.

Adam Silver recently commented on Kyrie’s absence and noted that the vaccine mandate is unfair. Perhaps the vaccine mandate can change very soon, and that would allow Kyrie Irving to come back. If all three players are available, the Nets will be able to have a strong run to win the NBA championship.
