Bobby Portis Jokingly Calls Out Adrian Wojnarowski: “Damn Woj Ain’t Even Report Me Being In Health And Safety Protocol”

2 Min Read

The NBA is living intense days recently. A new COVID-19 outbreak has put everybody on notice about the dangers of the global pandemic, which seemed to be under control for the first month of the season. After that, we entered dark times, with over 70 players heading into the health and safety protocols.

This new situation has offered fans another edition of the battle of insiders between Adrian Wojnarowski and Shams Charania, the two best news breakers around the association. Fans have made this a big competition, blasting whoever reveals information later.

Sometimes, they have to put out so much information that some news is overlooked. That is what happened to Milwaukee Bucks’ player Bobby Portis, who was ‘ignored’ by Wojnarowski when he entered the league’s health and safety protocols. The 2021 NBA champion took to Twitter to show his disappointment after Woj didn’t tweet about him.

Damn Woj ain’t even report me being in health and safety protocol that’s tough

On the other end, Shams Charania did report about Portis, but the player focused on the ESPN insider, who didn’t mention his name.

Fortunately, Woj learned about it and sent a message to Portis, apologizing for not tweeting about him and wishing him a speedy recovery.

Sorry, People’s Champ. Get out soon.

NBA players are going through difficult times right now. While some would like to be mentioned by their favorite insider, others think it’s time to deactivate Wojnarowski and Charania’s Twitter accounts, like Josh Hart and Tyrese Haliburton.

Hopefully, this situation gets fixed soon. Many players are missing games due to the protocols, which hurts their teams and the league altogether. We’re getting closer to 100 players in the health and safety protocol, and the prevention must be even higher now.
