Shaquille O’Neal is living life his way, and now, he’s getting real about the viral story that claimed he has four white girlfriends and is embracing a polyamorous lifestyle. On the It’s Giving podcast, the Hall of Fame NBA legend spoke openly about his views on love, marriage, and relationships, confirming just enough to keep the internet buzzing.

When asked whether he’d ever get married again, Shaq answered with a confident, “Yeah, of course.”

But when pressed about whether marriage scares him, his blunt response drew laughs: “Yeah, ‘cause y’all crazy. Y’all are f***ing plum crazy.”

He followed that up with a clear take on his future: he wouldn’t do a sacred marriage, but he might reconsider if someone meets all the “perfect qualifications… for a long period of time.”

In his words, “Most divorces happen because people say, ‘I didn’t know.’ I have to know. I gotta know every angle.”

And then came the jaw-dropper when asked how long it would take to know every angle, Shaq casually said, “I don’t know… I got four white girls now, so just trying to, you know, go back and forth.”

That was the moment the internet stopped scrolling.

The quote instantly reignited a viral story from earlier this year, when comedian Jess Hilarious told The Breakfast Club about her visit to Shaq’s Atlanta home. She claimed he had “four white b*****s with big booties,” each seemingly assigned to different parts of the house: one cleaning, one massaging, one in the basement, and another just vibing.

Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy were shocked. Jess doubled down, adding that one of them was massaging his feet while he lounged on a bed that “looked like an aquarium.”

Shaq never confirmed or denied the story outright, but now, his own words have added fuel to the fire. And just like that, Diesel is trending again for something outside of basketball or business.

Since his divorce from Shaunie Henderson, Shaq has kept most of his romantic life private. He’s been linked to several women but never confirmed anything serious. This latest reveal, whether said in jest or truth, has everyone talking about whether the NBA icon is quietly enjoying a polyamorous lifestyle akin to R&B star Ne-Yo, who made headlines for openly dating four women at once.

Shaq’s charm lies in this exact quality, his ability to blur the line between comedy, truth, and confidence without missing a beat. At 52, the man is still full of surprises. With a net worth of over $450 million, multiple business empires including Big Chicken, Papa John’s franchises, a media company, and investments in tech and fitness, Shaquille O’Neal doesn’t need to explain his choices to anyone.

Whether or not he’s actually living with four women, one thing is certain, Shaq is still one of the most captivating and unpredictable personalities in entertainment.
