Boston lost Game 7 103-84 as the TD Garden looked stunned at how bad their team played on their way out of the playoffs. Bill Simmons was caught on camera looking extremely sad at what transpired, causing fans to mock him and the Celtics.

More fans chimed in by taking a victory lap over Simmons’ looking downright depressed.

It seems Simmons has a lot of fans specifically praying for his downfall.

Fans had some hilarious things to say about Bill looking the way he did when the Celtics lost the game.

The Celtics were considered favorites in the Eastern Conference and were pegged to win this Game 7 after coming back from a 3-0 deficit to tie the series up for a Game 7 at home. Sadly, it didn’t work out as the Heat won, and Jimmy Butler was awarded Eastern Conference Finals MVP.

An Offseason Of Trouble For The Celtics

With a stagnating roster that has failed to win the title for another season, taking a step back from their Finals appearance from last season despite adding talent in the summer, the Celtics will be under pressure to make some big changes.

Jaylen Brown being traded away will be brought up the most, given his value and potentially expensive contract extension in the future. Grant Williams is a free agent, and the Celtics also need to move around their cap space to not be penalized by the new CBA rules. They also may need to worry about finding a new coach after Joe Mazzulla was proven to be out of his depth in the playoffs.

Brad Stevens has a lot of decisions to make, hopefully, Bill Simmons likes what he does because we can’t have that man this upset and bitter over Boston all summer long.
