Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat are on the verge of collapse. After taking an impressive 3-0 lead over the Boston Celtics, the Heat looked set to reach the NBA Finals. However, the Celtics have rallied, winning 3 games in a row to force a Game 7. But Butler insists that they will come out victorious.

Speaking after the game, Butler seemed defiant about the Heat’s chances. “We’re gonna do it as a unit every single time,” said Butler. “We’re gonna be in this thing together, I know that for a fact.”

“When we huddle up after a game, after a tough loss like this one, everybody is smiling because we know what we’re capable of it. I’m telling you. I’m not going to let anybody quit, I’m not going to let our guys quit. I don’t give a damn what happens, we’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna win.”

Butler and the Heat suffered a heartbreaking loss in Game 6, after rallying to come back and putting themselves in a position to win the game and move on to the NBA Finals. The Heat will now have to try and win a Game 7 in Boston, which will not be easy at all.

Can Jimmy Butler Pull Off A Win?

Jimmy Butler and the Heat are facing seemingly insurmountable odds. This game will be a setback and something they need to bounce back from. Butler himself noted that he didn’t play as well as he should have, and had he played better, the Heat would be en route to the NBA Finals right now.

Butler was not the only member of the Heat to guarantee a win. Head coach Erik Spoelstra also guaranteed that the Heat will walk into Boston and win Game 7 to reach the NBA Finals. Regardless of the outcome, fans are in for an exciting Game 7 on Monday night.
