NBA players are just like the rest of us. They walk, breathe, have issues, and needs just like every single human on earth. However, there are a couple of differences: they make hundreds of millions of dollars, can date whoever they want, and everything they do will be reported.
That seems to be the case with Miami Heat superstar Jimmy Butler, as the rumors of him dating pop star Selena Gomez recently flooded the internet as they were reportedly spotting on a date at Lucien restaurant:

Obviously, the lack of video or photo evidence raises some eyebrows but the rumor snowballed and gossip specialist Deuxmoi also chimed in:

Selena Gomez is a bona fide San Antonio Spurs fan so she definitely knows a thing or two about basketball. Jimmy Butler, on the other hand, has a reputation for being a bit of a ladies’ man, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him landing a date with one of the most coveted young women on earth.
Gomez used to date fellow pop superstars Justin Bieber and The Weeknd before being single again, while Butler recently had a daughter named Rylee, but it seems like he’s no longer invested in that relationship.
Whether this story is true or not is yet to be seen but more often than not, once those rumors start rolling around, there’s a lot of truth to them. It seems like Jimmy got Buckets even outside of the hardwood.
