LeBron James has some free time on his hands now, following the Olympics, and chose to head to Munich, where he attended Adele’s concert. Heavy rainfall broke out during the event, which meant there was a fitting backdrop to Adele’s “Set Fire to the Rain” and James was seen vibing to it.

Considering LeBron’s history of messing up lyrics, I do have some doubts about how well he sang it. Regardless, the 39-year-old seems to have had a blast at the event, which was held at the Messe München arena on Wednesday. A total of 10 shows have been planned and the heavy downpour made this fifth one quite memorable.
Adele had joked when it started raining that she’d get pretty upset if it stopped when she got to “Set Fire to the Rain.” While the rain did ease up, it hadn’t completely gone away which meant the English singer was able to put on quite the show.

Adele claimed that the rain meant this show was the one where she had the most fun. It did cause a bit of a minor inconvenience, though, as she had to switch from high heels to sneakers because of it.
As for LeBron, he is done performing in Europe. The 20-time All-Star averaged 14.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 8.5 assists, 1.3 steals, and 0.3 blocks per game in the 2024 Paris Olympics to lead Team USA to the gold medal. He was also named MVP of the tournament and it will be interesting to see how far he can lead the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2024-25 season.

This wasn’t the first Adele concert that LeBron attended and it almost certainly won’t be his last. The 36-year-old singer started dating his agent Rich Paul a couple of years ago and the two have taken a big step in their relationship.
During an earlier show in Munich, Adele confirmed her engagement to Paul by flashing her engagement ring when a fan held up a sign that read “Will you marry me?” Engagement rumors regarding these two have been floating around since 2022 when she was seen wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger during the BRIT Awards.
Both Adele and Paul had refused to comment on the rumors, but it seems confirmed now. It is unclear when the two will tie the knot, but James certainly will be present, when that happens. He and Paul met over two decades ago and their friendship has only strengthened with time.
