Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks have shocked the basketball world, beating the Suns in a 6-game series to capture their second championship in franchise history.
While many players and moments are responsible for the title win, it is the play and talent of Giannis Antetokounmpo in particular that has really made the difference.
The 5x All-Star averaged 28.1 points, 11 rebounds, and 5.9 assists on 56.9% shooting through 61 games this season.
And, officially, has been named the Finals MVP after a stellar performance all postseason long.

A few hours ago, Giannis’ resume included 5 All-Star appearances, 5 All-NBA selections, and 2 MVPs.
Adding a Championship and Finals MVP there, at just 26 years old, is quite an impressive feat, and puts Giannis in rare air.
The question now is, what more can he add?
For years, the Greek Freak has been doing his thing as one of the best players in the game. And, for years, Giannis has been called out for his flaws on the offensive end.
Whether it’s his shooting struggles, inability to close out games, or his lack of leadership, Antetokounmpo has faced plenty of scrutinies.
Maybe now, with a title in the books, the haters will finally take a seat.
