Kevin Durant and other NBA stars have come in LeBron James' defense after UFC fighter Colby Covington called out the King for supporting the Black Lives Matters movement. Covington, who is an avid Donald Trump supporter, took a shot at LeBron James on Saturday night following a dominating victory over Tyron Woodley. He called James a 'spineless coward' while showing his support to POTUS.

“If you thought that was a beating, wait until November 3 when Donald Trump gets his hands on Sleepy Joe,” Colby Covington said.

“That’s gonna be a landslide. I want to dedicate this fight to all the first responders. All the military out there. This world wouldn’t be safe without you guys. You keep us safe, not these woke athletes. I’m sick of these woke athletes and these spineless cowards like LeBron James.”

KD had a savage response to Covington. He is not afraid of speaking his mind and if he does it when fans criticize him, imagine when somebody attacks one of his friends.

“Who’s this again?” Kevin Durant commented on Instagram, simply asking who he was to be running his mouth like that.

Austin Rivers also chimed in and asked why Colby was doing this.

Michael Carter-Williams did send a strong message, telling Covington to stick to fighting, reminding him of the beating he suffered by Kamaru Usman last year.

“Weird how nobody tells him to stick to fighting,” he said.

“That jaw still cracked from Usman I see.”

Following the Lakers win in Game 2 of the WCF, Bron appeared to reply to Covington.

"Anybody can talk from outside but if they got into the ring or got into the arena, probably 10 times out of 10, they’d shit their pants," he said during the post-game interview.

You don't want to mess with LeBron James. Besides all his physical attributes, James is smart enough to reply to these comments. And if he doesn't respond, you know his pals will go after you until you regret it.
