LeBron James is the league’s best player, a franchise superstar, and the face of basketball all around the world. Despite all he’s done and achieved over the course of his career, there will always be critics and doubters who may be less optimistic about his abilities.

Well, following L.A.’s Game 2 win today over the Denver Nuggets, criticism again followed James after he let Anthony Davis close out the game and take the final shot.

This time, though, Bron fired back, essentially calling them cowards who couldn’t do any better if asked to do the same thing.

James has been pretty vocal about calling out the “haters” recently, including fans and media members who didn’t vote for him to win the 2019-20 MVP award.

Whatever has prompted this surge of resistance by James, it hasn’t seemed to affect his game much. He is doing wonders for his team and leading them through the Western Conference playoffs for the first time since 2013.

One has to wonder, though, if he’s got all this to say now, what will happen if he goes on to win the title? The critics better hope that day never comes.
