When one is the child of a professional athlete, there is generally some expectation that they will also be into sports. While not every kid will be into athletics, it seems as though LeBron James’ kids Bronny and Bryce are clearly into basketball. In fact, they’re fairly good athletes themselves.

LeBron James has recently posted a highlight video of Bronny James and Bryce James during their high school basketball game for Sierra Canyon. LeBron James lauded his sons, claiming that they “ain’t messing around” and that they’re “out there being different”. LeBron James is proud of his kids and their performances.

Bryce and Bronny may have some of their dad’s stellar basketball ability. In fact, Bronny James’ former teammate Brandon Boston has claimed that by the time he’s done with senior year, Bronny James might be the best player in the world. There is certainly some level of expectation from fans that LeBron James’ children who play basketball will become good players themselves. Magic Johnson has even stated that Bronny could become better than his father, though that is far from being a guarantee.

It will be interesting to see how Bronny James and Bryce James develop in the future, and whether they will make the league. Not all good high school players make the NBA, but at the same time, there’s no reason to doubt them. Danny Green has previously stated that LeBron James would like to play with Bronny James when he gets drafted, and perhaps we’ll see that happen in the future. It would certainly be intriguing to see a father and son duo in the league. LeBron James is still playing at a high level, so his body may hold up until he can team up with Bronny James.
