Skip Bayless On Zion Williamson: “His Weight Isn’t Quite 330 But More 310ish Which Is Still A Huge Problem… The Bad News Is He Still Likes To Eat Whole Pizzas Washed Down With High Sugar Soft Drinks”

Zion Williamson’s fitness remains a source of concern for the New Orleans Pelicans and their fans. Recent reports have suggested the 2019 No. 1 overall pick is weighing over 300 pounds, which would make him the heaviest player in the league.

However, contradicting reports have suggested the opposite, with recent pictures showing Zion in good shape, ready to return to the court. Yet, the rumors don’t stop coming and recently, Skip Bayless claimed the Pelicans star isn’t as heavy as some say, but he still has a long way to go before being ready to play games.

Earlier this week, the controversial analyst recently revealed that Zion has curious eating habits that won’t help his health or career, including drinking beverages with a lot of sugar in them (0:32).

“I’m told his weight isn’t quite 330 but more 310ish which is still a huge problem. The good news is he just hired a trainer from LSU, I’m told is very good. The bad news is he still likes to eat whole pizzas washed down with high sugar soft drinks and you just can’t do it.”

This could explain a lot of things about Zion, who has drastically changed since he entered the league two years ago. It seems like Zion has been coping with food after suffering a foot injury that has kept him sidelined since last season.

The former Duke player was expected to become the next face of the league, yet his health hasn’t helped him that much. Instead, he’s getting a lot of criticism over his body, and the setback he suffered from his recovery only makes things worse.

Zion can still do incredible things in the league, but his body must be on the same page as him. Time will tell how this situation and his career unfolds, but many folks believe he will become a superstar when he comes back.
