The Golden State Warriors have done it again. They have once again qualified for the NBA Finals. After going through a lot of issues over the last two seasons, the Dubs have made a stunning comeback this season.

They are now just four wins away from winning another NBA Championships. When you think about it, the Warriors have made it to the NBA Finals for the sixth time in the last eight years.

If they win the title this season, they will get their fourth ring in the Stephen Curry era. This one will be worth even more since most of the league thought that the Warriors dynasty was over.

But somewhere in the corner of their minds, there was still a fear that the Dubs would make a comeback, and the fear turned into reality this season. After defeating the Dallas Mavericks 4-1, Curry was asked about his thoughts on many franchises creating rosters to out-perform the Warriors during their 2-year stint of missing the NBA Finals.

“You’re giving us too much credit right there. Ain’t nobody was worried about us these last two years.”

As Steph pointed out, most teams thought that the Warriors’ days of dominating the league were over. After all, they lost one of the biggest superstars of the modern-day NBA in Kevin Durant.

On top of that, Klay Thompson was sidelined for two years due to injuries. Adding more salt to that wound was the decline of Draymond Green due to the absence of his superstar teammates.

Despite having so many obstacles in their way, the Warriors never gave up and are now rewarded for it with a berth in the 2022 NBA Finals. The job is not over yet, they still have to defeat either the Miami Heat or the Boston Celtics to win the championship.
