The NBA has seen impressive scorers throughout history, players that could score as many points as they want every single night, setting records and signing their names on some of the most memorable lists in the league’s history. Some of these players have the ‘advantage’ of being older or younger at some point, setting a record of points for their age.

We have seen a lot of players go off a certain night but never breaking a record of points scored in one game. Reddit user ‘H1-God‘ listed off the most points scored in a game at every age in the NBA. There are some famous names there while others are unknown for many NBA fans, who might discover that some players played until their mid-40s.

LeBron James (Age: 18 – Points: 37)

Cliff Robinson (Age: 19 – Points: 45)

There are some big names there, like Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant among others. These guys set records through their careers, with Wilt getting the highest numbers of all, 100 points in one game in 1962 when he was 25. If we talk about young players, we find LeBron James, who dropped 37 at the age of 18, or Devin Booker, who scored 70 points when he was just 20 and then dropped 59 more at 22.

You never stop getting surprised by the NBA. This game has seen some of the most impressive single-game performances in professional sports and when you look at these lists, you realize you witnessed history during your life.
