He is not a favorite among NBA fans due to his off-court antics, which he tried to hide for most of his career. That’s why whenever people talk about Malone, they recall what the Utah Jazz legend did when he was in college.

Great as he was on the court, Karl starred in a very controversial situation off it. During his college days, ‘The Mailman’ had a child with a 13-year-old girl. After that, he went to the NBA, becoming one of the greatest power forwards to play the game.

Karl agreed to an out-of-court settlement with Gloria Bell’s family, the mother of the child, apparently ending the saga, per Sports Casting.

However, fans haven’t forgiven or forgotten that situation, always calling him out over that. Four years after the video, they still criticize Malone, and even the new generations have the same feeling for the Jazz’s big man.

It wasn’t hard to imagine what kind of message he received on that tweet. Seeing his reaction, you know he wanted nothing to do with that.
