Zach LaVine Proposes To His Girlfriend During COVID-19 Pandemic

2 Min Read

The NBA season is currently on hold but that hasn’t stopped some of its stars from staying active. While the authorities claim everybody should be indoors, they can still make the most of their huge homes and backyards.

That’s exactly what happened with Zach LaVine, who we already saw getting a breather during the NBA’s infamous H.O.R.S.E competition.

he Chicago Bulls’ young star has tried his best to stay sharp during the league’s hiatus, so he went for a walk with his girlfriend and his dog. But little did she know he had a hidden agenda.

So, right when they were posing for a routine picture, Zach bent the knee and asked him to be his lifelong companion. His girlfriend was brought to tears in disbelief, but she didn’t hesitate for a second to say yes.

Later on, some of his accomplices gathered around to give the lucky girl some flowers, but she was just so overwhelmed by emotion.

LaVine is one of the league’s rising stars and it’s all been great news for him lately. With the Chicago Bulls letting Gar Foreman go and reassigning John Paxson’s role amid Arturas Karsinovas’ hiring, it seems like the franchise is finally taking a step in the right direction.

Now, whether if Jim Boylen will continue to serve as the team’s coach is yet to be seen, but all signs point towards him getting fired as soon as this season comes to an end.

It’s been loud and clear that LaVine – and some other young members of the Bulls – isn’t fond of Boylen’s coaching style, so a change of coach perhaps could be exactly what he was rooting for.

So, now that the league continues it’s suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic, LaVine will finally have a chance to sit back, chill, and relax with his soon-to-be wife. They have a lot of reasons to celebrate.
