Stephon Marbury has given his 2 pennies on the never-ending GOAT debate. He’s never missed an opportunity to trash talk LeBron James, recently saying he wasn’t a real Laker and he doesn’t need to carry Kobe Bryant’s legacy.

Now Marbury has done it again, throwing some shade towards Bron, putting Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant ahead of James in the greatest of all-time list. The former New York Knicks star joined Brandon ‘Scoop B’ Robinson on Radio Overtime and said LeBron shouldn’t be compared to Jordan.

LeBron James can't be compared to Michael Jordan says Stephon Marbury: https://t.co/jgVO7uoq9y

"I don’t know why Jordan’s name is mentioned in the same conversation sometimes. I’ll clear that up real quick…there’s really no need to talk about that." pic.twitter.com/Oygy3Y2LxO

“People wanna rank Jordan? Jordan shouldn’t even be ranked. It should be Kobe, then LeBron and then you can pick guys after that. There’s just no comparison man.

“It’s not the same. It’s just different worlds. Different mentalities. I don’t know why Jordan’s name is mentioned in the same conversation sometimes. I’ll clear that up real quick…there’s really no need to talk about that,” Marbury told Scoop B.

A lot has been said about this and everybody has an opinion on who is the greatest player of all time. But, for Marbury, things are clear; there is nobody greater than Michael Jordan and he shouldn’t be put on the same list as LeBron James.

Michael Jordan’s documentary ‘The Last Dance’ will premiere this Sunday, and MJ’s name is a hot topic around the NBA world right now. Everybody wants to talk about him and his accolades. Marbury claimed Jordan is the greatest player of all time and nobody will ever get close to him.
