The 2021 trade deadline is only 9 days away and every day we learn about what could happen next March 25 around the association. Plenty of teams will try to make some moves to reinforce their rosters ahead of the final stretch of the season and two of the biggest candidates to win the West are ready to shock their rivals and get important figures.

Both Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers have needs to address and the trade deadline and subsequent buyout market will present a big opportunity for them. It seems like they’re in the market for a big man and there is one interesting name that could be very appealing for the Angelenos teams. According to J. Michael of Indianapolis Star, Myles Turner is on the radar for these two squads.

With the trade deadline nine days away, Myles Turner’s name will inevitably come up when it comes to teams who have interest in him.

There are more than a few.

The New York Knicks, L.A. Lakers, L.A. Clippers, Charlotte Hornets and New Orleans Pelicans are among those who have explored whether the Pacers are willing to part with the league’s leading shot-blocker, league sources tell IndyStar.

And that’s to be expected. The Pacers were open to trading him before the 2020-21 season began, when they put Turner in a deal to get Gordon Hayward from the Boston Celtics with a sign-and-trade.

It’ll be interesting to see if they actually pull the trigger on this move and what they are willing to offer to unlock negotiations with the Pacers. Turner could be a very good addition to any of these teams and we only have to wait and see what is going to happen with the big man and his future in the league.
