Magic Johnson indeed has big plans for the Los Angeles Lakers. The legendary point guard always wants to see his team winning, constantly dropping ideas of what players they should land to win the NBA championship.

Johnson is no longer with the franchise, but he bleeds purple and gold, so it’s normal to see him giving his opinion on Lakers-related topics. After the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns in six games in the NBA Finals, Magic started working to try to recruit Chris Paul to the Lakers, giving a big idea to LeBron James.

If Chris Paul opts out of his contract with the Suns, his first call should be from his best friend LeBron James and the Lakers.

He’s very excited about a potential Big 3 of CP3, LeBron James and Anthony Davis, going further and saying that these three will win a championship without any problem.

After a magical season with the Phoenix Suns, Paul faces a lot of questions regarding his future. He’s been linked with the Lakers for quite some time now, and this offseason could present the best opportunity for him to join LeBron James in Los Angeles.

If you ask Magic, he’ll sign the deal right away, but this won’t happen so quickly.
