While the Phoenix Suns and the Los Angeles Lakers battled it out in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals, Damian Lillard and LeBron James gave fans a lot to talk about. They were spotted together watching a WNBA game.
The Portland Trail Blazers’ point guard and the Los Angeles Lakers’ forward were in attendance at The Los Angeles Convention Center for the Los Angeles Sparks vs. Las Vegas Aces on Wednesday night.
One fan took a picture of the pair and shared it with the world, instantly sparking many rumors on what this could mean for Dame and his future in the league. If you don’t remember, Lillard is reportedly unhappy with the Trail Blazers’ front office and could request a trade this offseason.

The Lakers have been linked with the player, and the All-Star hanging out with LeBron only fuels rumors about a potential exit from the Moda Center. Lakers fans went crazy on social media after watching the picture, while others blasted the purple and gold for ‘dreaming.’

Watching Lillard and James together will lead people to think they are planning to join forces this summer. It can just be that they will appear on the upcoming Space Jam movie and need to promote the film before its premiere.
Maybe fans are watching something that is not there, but we’ve seen this before and already know how it ends.
