LeBron James Violated The NBA’s Protocol By Attending Party With Drake And Michael B. Jordan

LeBron James finds himself in trouble after attending a party with Canadian rapper Drake, actor Michael B. Jordan, and more people.

Earlier this week, the King decided to go partying with the hitmaker, who shared a series of pics with Bron, Jordan, and more high-profile figures in showbiz. Even though one person at the party said everybody there was vaccinated, that doesn’t change the fact that James broke the league’s health and safety protocol.

It was a party to promote Lobos 1707, a tequila brand LeBron is trying to take to the top. A league’s spokesperson said the Los Angeles Lakers superstar violated the protocols, and the team was already informed of this.

Via Dave McMenamin of ESPN:

The tequila was poured at a brief outdoor photo shoot, and invitees, including recording artist Drake and actor Michael B. Jordan, had to produce proof of vaccination or a recent negative test result in order to attend.

Even with those measures, James, who has declined to say whether he has received the COVID-19 vaccination, was found to be in violation of the league’s health and safety protocols.

“It’s a violation of the agreed upon protocols, and, as we have in other comparable instances around the league, it has been addressed with the team,” a league spokesman told ESPN on Friday.

It’s unclear if he will have to face any type of punishment but LeBron doesn’t seem to be too bothered. He’s ready to start another playoffs campaign with the Lakers. According to many fans, the purple and gold will face the Phoenix Suns in the first round, in a series that seems favorable for them.

They are probably the most dangerous 7th seed of all time, which should scare the rest of the league.
