Jayson Tatum And Kemba Walker When They Realize They Did All That Just To Face The Nets

2 Min Read

The Boston Celtics beat the Washington Wizards to clinch the 7th seed in the Eastern Conference. Jayson Tatum scored 50 points on Bradley Beal and co. to secure his team’s participation in the big party, but now things will get a lot harder for them.

Yes, Tatum is playing at a high level right now, but the C’s are going against the Brooklyn Nets this Saturday, which won’t be easy for them. Steve Nash and his team are the most prominent offensive force in the league. Only a handful of teams seem to be capable of beating them.

Yet, the Celtics don’t look like one of those. NBA fans took their chance to mock them, and one shared one video that describes how they must be feeling after fighting so hard to make it to the playoffs only to know they will meet the Nets.

As Brad Stevens said, Boston will have to bring their best game if they aspire to win this series. The Nets have three elite scorers and facilitators. Even though they don’t have a good defense, they can kill you with their offense.

The supporting cast is good, too, and knowing that Jaylen Brown won’t play for the 17-time NBA champions until next season, the job will be harder for them. Still, this is basketball, and we’ve seen other teams upsetting favorites before.

However, this doesn’t seem to be another case. If Tatum gets hot, perhaps the Celtics will have a chance, but the Nets are clear favorites to take this series.
