Derek Fisher And Matt Barnes Finally Reunite After Several Years Beefing To Celebrate Kids’ Birthday

Matt Barnes and Derek Fisher have reunited for a reason bigger than themselves. The former teammates didn’t have any kind of relationship in the last couple of years and now things appear to get better between them, judging a picture that Barnes shared on Instagram in recent hours.

Barnes took to Instagram to celebrate the 12th birthday of his twin boys, posting a pic of the twins, two of Derek Fisher’s kids, Fisher himself and Gloria Govan, posing for a very nice picture.

“Birthday Dinner for the bro’s.. Happy 12th Bday to the @thebarnesboys,” he wrote.

Barnes and Fisher got involved in a physical altercation in 2015 at a home party in Gloria Govan’s house. Barnes reportedly drove 95 miles to fight Fisher and they went at it. Now things are cool between them and they’re spending some quality time together as a big family.

It’s good to know they left their problems in the past but not everybody is happy to see this. Stephen Jackson, Barnes’ co-host on ‘All the Smoke’ podcast isn’t a fan of Fisher and ‘cheating’ guys like Tony Parker.

Well, Barnes is cool with his former teammate and that’s the best thing for all the kids in the family.
