One of the worst kept secrets in the NBA involves the city edition jerseys and their designs. Every single year we see how the designs of most teams are leaked online way before teams start wearing them on the court. This year wasn’t the exception and we recently got a sneak peek of some designs ahead of the new NBA season.
In recent hours we saw some new designs for a group of NBA teams next season. Some of them were used in the past but some will make their debut this campaign, drawing mixed reviews from fans. We saw a couple of designs for the Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat. The Warriors and Heat, curiously, will be debuting a new design this season. As usual, Miami comes out as winners in the eyes of fans.

🚨 NEW YORK KNICKS!

Temos aqui a primeira imagem do novo uniforme do Washington Wizards.

🚨 CAMISA NOVA
Esta é a nova camisa do uniforme City Edition do New Orleans Pelicans.

Other jerseys that were leaked include the San Antonio Spurs, New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, Memphis Grizzlies and more. However, not every fan is happy with the designs they saw and made it clear on Twitter.

As a Mavs fan, I hate the white and gold look. I absolutely LOVE the throwback greens though. Idk why Cubes is so averse to just bringing back the greens and blues of old. Our fanbase loves those pic.twitter.com/A3EvQgDjm4

For once I actually don’t like this Lakers jersey I’ll still buy it to support my team but my god I wanted that to be fake. At least the blue classic jersey will be for sale this year to
— Travis Williams (@TraGamer16) October 30, 2020
I mean the Heat one is dope but am I the only one tired of them using the same concepts
— NB 👑 (@WinPlsdamn) October 30, 2020
am I the only one that doesn't like the heat's jersey this year. Like the vices are usually heat but its been the same thing for 3 years. This year they pretty obviously had no clue what to do so they just threw that together and it looks like crap

These different iterations of the Vice jerseys is getting lazy, the best ones have been released you can change it now

Half of them are awful

Most of the time, teams nail it when it comes to these designs but this year things drastically changed. No wonder so many people are pissed with this.
