Damian Lillard’s season came to an early end as he had to leave the NBA bubble in Orlando to rehab from a knee injury. Dame was fresh off being named bubble MVP after leading the Blazers to the 8th seed and a playoff berth.
The very first thing Dame did when he was out of the bubble was to share a picture of him and his son. Now, it seems like the Lillard household is ready to welcome not one but two new members, as he just announced that he and his finacé are expecting twins:
“I’m a DADDY DADDY now…. happy for another boy but this girl gone hit different,” Dame D.O.L.L.A wrote.

Needless to say, sports fans from all over the world took it to social media to congratulate the All-Star on this incredible news. It’s nice to see how incredibly exciting and humbling children can be, even for bonafide millionaires like the Blazers’ point guard.
Lillard had an outstanding season. He once again proved that is one of the greatest scorers and leaders in the world and the Portland Trail Blazers look like they’re just a couple of good defenders away from putting together another deep playoff run.
Facing Anthony Davis, LeBron James, and the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the playoffs was the worst price you could ask for after putting together a heroic stretch since the restart of the season but hey, he promised a playoff berth and he delivered. Now, it’s time to sit back and relax. He better gets a good night’s sleep while he still can.
