Dame D.O.L.L.A. made a special appearance during All-Star weekend, putting on a show with his rap game alongside hip hop star Lil Wayne.

While Dame is the first basketball star to take his rhythmic talents to a (literal) public stage, he’s not the only one capable of spitting some rap game. Kevin Durant has yet to take on the music world, but he’s already taken the first step.

In a chat with Taylor Rooks on “Take it There,” Durant revealed a few options for a possible rap name.

“Probably Easy Money or Slim Reaper.”

The first is actually identical to his Instagram handle, “@easymoneysniper,” an apparent allusion to his shooting abilities on the court.

“Slim Reaper” is also a common nickname for Durant, whose rather lanky and tall stature has become a bit of a staple for him.

It makes sense that he’d chose those names for his rapper persona. But don’t expect Durant to pic up a mic any time soon.

After tearing his Achilles tendon in the 2019 Finals, he has a long road of recovery ahead of him. as he rehabs and works on his return to the court, it is nice to hear and see he is doing well.
