Even though the Golden State Warriors aren’t the same team that played in five consecutive NBA Finals, the Dubs are expected to make a big comeback as they’re reportedly following one of the best players in the league.

It’s been reported that the Warriors are very interested in making a move for Giannis Antetokounmpo and those rumors get bigger by the day. After losing Kevin Durant to the Brooklyn Nets, things fell apart for the Dubs, who are now trying to land another superstar to lead them to the promised land once again.

That star appears to be Giannis and some fans can’t be more pumped about it. Even ESPN’s analyst Stephen A. Smith has shown his excitement on this potential move.

Talking with fans, Stephen A. revealed his wish for Giannis and the Warriors, making a bold claim about the current Western Conference champions and the 2019 NBA MVP.

“Honestly, I wish Giannis would go to the Warriors this offseason. I think a superstar like that should be in a bigger market. Can you imagine Giannis surrounded by Steph Curry and Klay Thompson? GSW would be back to championship contenders.”

The Bucks’ capacity to transcend in the East will play a big role in Giannis’ decision to either hit the free market or sign the largest contract in the NBA with Milwaukee. If he decides to go with the first option, then the Warriors would be more than pleased to have him.

This guy is already becoming one of the faces of the league and him alongside the likes of Curry and Thompson would be a dangerous opponent for the rest of the league.
