With the 2020 All-Star game polls officially open, the fans have begun campaigning for their favorite players, including LeBron James, James Harden, and Jimmy Butler.
Apparently, that list also includes Alex Caruso and Tacko Fall this season. As a pair of fan favorites, it appears the community is set on starting the movement.
Fall, the Celtics’ 7’6 big who has played 11 minutes all season, is in sixth-place of all eligible Eastern Conference frontcourt players with 110,269 votes. Alex Caruso, a Lakers reserve guard who is averaging five points per game, is in ninth-place of all Western Conference guards with 92,233 votes.

Needless to say, the first-round of voting has been a bit wacky. Still, with two rounds left to go, it’s unlikely that the two end up getting voted in.
So far, Giannis and Luka have been the leaders for the West and East, and both are heading the MVP conversation this season.

It’ll be interesting to see how things play out in the next few days and weeks to come. While Caruso and Fall will likely not last through the final rounds, it says a lot that they’re even made it this far at all…
