  • Giannis Antetokounmpo is 6’11” and one of the most massive and athletic players in the NBA
  • He took to social media to hilariously ask where he can buy dress shoes in Los Angeles
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo revealed that his shoe size is a massive 17

Giannis Antetokounmpo is an NBA champion, a Finals MVP, and a two-time league MVP. He is called the Greek Freak because of his incredible athletic ability, which is hard to believe at his size.

But while his size is an advantage when on the NBA court, it can cause problems off of it. This became apparent on Thursday when Giannis Antetokounmpo hilariously asked social media where he can find dress shoes in Los Angeles.

“Does anyone know where I can find dress shoes in LA, size 17?” Giannis wrote in a post.

NBA players are generally taller and bigger than the average population, but a Size 17 is just wild to think about. For reference, the average American male’s shoe size ranges from between 9-12. Giannis’ wearing a Size 17 shoe just conjures up images of him dancing around in formal dress shoes at a wedding, and it’s hard not to find that funny.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Has Been On Fire On Social Media Recently

Many NBA players use social media to interact with fans and other people regularly, it’s what keeps them connected with the people. Kevin Durant is among the general suspects when it comes to going off on social media, but Giannis Antetokoumpo has recently joined the train.

Giannis replied to a post breaking down how much Anthony Davis will have to pay in taxes on his new contract extension with the Lakers, seemingly making fun of the various fees and taxes that players get charged. He had an even more bizarre moment a few days before that, where he claimed in an interview that he loves to eat chicken feet

Giannis Antetokounmpo is under some pressure after the Milwaukee Bucks crashed out in the first round of the playoffs as the No. 1 seed last season. He seems relaxed, though, going through the offseason without letting it show. He has made some promises about how the Bucks will play next season, until then, he should enjoy dancing in his big Size 17 shoes.
