Giannis Antetokounmpo is one of the funniest players in the NBA, his arsenal of dad jokes regularly gets laughs from reporters and fans across the league.

He is also an infectious personality to interview, whether it’s something intense he’s talking about or if he’s just having fun. In a recent interview, though, Giannis went off about his love for eating chicken feet, and it needs to be seen to be believed.

“I don’t know, can you guys recommend me something?” Giannis asked his interviewers when someone suggested he eat chicken feet. He then said, “I love chicken feet. I love chicken feet. Ay man, ay ay, I love chicken feet.

“I came here in 2018 and I tried for the first time chicken feet. It was a little bit spicy, and for five years I’ve been craving chicken feet. So yes, I’ve tried. Where do I go? I love the texture. If you are in Beijing, we can eat some chicken feet.”

Giannis Antetokounmpo is in China with his brothers as part of a promotional tour, and this video seems to be a part of that. The Greek Freak himself posted it on social media, showing that he doesn’t care much about what people think about his love for chicken feet.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Has Been Known To Eat Chicken During Press Conferences

While it’s hard to verify whether his love and passion for chicken feet are genuine, Giannis Antetokounmpo’s love for chicken is well documented. After he won his first championship and Finals MVP, he famously went to get himself some chicken with the trophies the next day. And the Greek Freak has also eaten chicken in front of the press after a game his Milwaukee Bucks lost in 2022.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has a lot to prove next season after the Milwaukee Bucks got dumped out of the first round despite being the No. 1 seed in last season’s playoffs. He may say that failure is a step toward success, but the pressure will undoubtedly be on for him to make another big postseason run.

The Milwaukee Bucks have managed to re-sign Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez, keeping the core of Giannis’ championship team around him. Whether it’s chicken feet he needs to eat or something else, Bucks fans will be hoping he gets his fill and comes ready to dominate again in the 2023-24 season.
