The Boston Celtics seemingly quit in the second half of Game 3, which ended in a blowout that put them on the brink of elimination. But even down 3-0, the Cs aren’t going to roll over and give the opponent a win on Tuesday.

In fact, ahead of Game 4, Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart send a warning to the Heat to take care of business tonight or risk being on the wrong end of a historic comeback.

Smart and Brown are saying all the right things, but they haven’t been able to show much of anything in this series so far. In fact, as good as the Heat have been, there is a case to be made that the Celtics have completely let go of the rope.

At the very least, it’s a good sign that the players are still showing some faith and fight in this series. Sadly, though, it may be too late already as the Cs face a monumental climb ahead.

Can The Celtics Bounce Back In This Series?

If there was ever a team capable of mounting. 3-0 comeback, it would be this Celtics team. With so much talent and depth, they can beat anybody when they’ve got it going, and the Heat are long overdue for a stinker after such an impressive string of games.

No matter what happens tonight, the Celtics still have a chance to come out on top, and Jayson Tatum doesn’t want to take it for granted.

“Yeah, I think it’s just tough as it is, as tonight was we just got to try to move on,” Tatum said after Game 3. “Prepare. Get ready. Practice. Film and stuff for tomorrow. Obviously, we’re in a tough position, but we’ve got to have some pride and bounce back and just be better come Tuesday.”

The season is on the line tonight for Boston, and we will all see how badly they want to stay alive. For the Celtics, let’s just hope they can steal at least one game in this series or things could get really ugly for them this offseason.
