The Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings are embroiled in a heated series which is currently tied at 2-2.

The Warriors just picked up a crucial Game 4 win to go back to Sacramento with the series tied for Game 5. During the game, Steve Kerr and Mike Brown were seen joking around during the game about the six years Brown spent on Kerr’s coaching staff at Golden State.

Steve Kerr: “Hey Mike. We got all new plays now. You don’t know any of them.”

Mike Brown: “Hey, you know these guys so well, I don’t know sh*t!”

Many people wondered if Brown’s familiarity with Golden State aided him in winning Games 1 and 2, with Brown scheming really well against the motion offense of the Warriors. With the last two games in the rearview, we can see that Kerr had more variations to try and have success against the Kings. Hopefully, Brown can figure out the answers soon.

Game 5 May Seal The Series

Game 4 was a nail-biter and came down to a missed game-winner from Harrison Barnes. Even though Stephen Curry had a good game overall, his late fourth-quarter struggles almost cost the Warriors the win. Consistency on the road has been hard to come by, and Game 4 wasn’t a convincing win that shows the gulf in class between the franchises.

Draymond Green came off the bench and had a strong performance, making people wonder if he’ll be back in the starting lineup for the next game. His defense on De’Aaron Fox ended up playing a huge role in securing this win, so the Warriors will try everything to keep Mike Brown and the Kings guessing. Unpredictability isn’t easy to contend with, and Sacramento will have to overcome that to beat the mythical Warriors in this series.
