Among them, legendary head coach Gregg Popovich arguably had one of the greatest reactions to the news. Popovich claimed he was scared to death after seeing one of LeBron’s giant billboards outside a hotel.
“It was horrifying to see LeBron’s face outside my hotel room,” Popovich said. “It was a big picture of him. Last night and all day today I gotta look at this guy putting his headphones on. He’s already big, and now he’s monstrous. I was scared to death. I was scared to look out my room.”

I’ve appreciated LeBron from Day 1 … He never let (early criticism) to get to him … it’s the mental toughness. It really impressed me at that young age for him to have that maturity.”
