The 2023 NBA All-Star game is now over, and fans can once again focus on the regular season resuming soon. Speaking of the NBA All-Star game, it wasn’t as good as most expected it to be. But there were a few good moments here and there.

One such moment was when LeBron James, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Karl Malone posed for an iconic picture together. The picture is worthy of going into the history books for sure.

LeBron and Kareem have been in the news over the last few weeks due to the King breaking Abdul-Jabbar’s all-time scoring record. Apart from that, with the All-Star game taking place in Utah, Karl Malone was in the spotlight for most of the time.

Even the caption of the above-attached picture only credited LeBron and Kareem. Keeping that in mind, it wasn’t a surprise that most fans only acknowledged the two players and felt like Malone didn’t belong in the picture.

As expected, most fans didn’t like Malone being in the picture and even called him out for not winning a ring in his career. But at the end of the day, it wouldn’t change the fact that Malone is one of the best players to ever play in the league in his position.

Karl Malone Praised LeBron James

As we mentioned earlier, whether fans like Karl Malone or not is an entirely different topic of discussion, but the NBA All-Star game taking place in Utah meant the Mailman got a lot of attention from the media.

Prior to the start of the NBA All-Star game, Malone was asked about his thoughts on James’ career in the league. He had nothing but praise for the King.

“What he can do with the ball. The passes, the vision. The things he has been doing it’s amazing. People don’t realize he is no. 1 in scoring, he is no. 4 in assists, his defense is underrated. So it’s so crazy. I know I have played against him once with the Lakers, but I don’t even remember much other than that.”

LeBron James is truly one of the greatest players of all time, and for many, he is the greatest. But James fails to get recognition more often than not. Keeping that in mind, it was nice to see someone praise him for a change.
