LeBron James was in a great mood during the Lakers’ game against the Milwaukee Bucks last night. Even though his team was coming off a loss and fell to another loss, James was able to revel in his historic achievements.
The Lakers celebrated James for becoming the league’s all-time leading scorer prior to the Bucks game, where James addressed the Lakers fans before taking a seat on the bench to watch his team try and pull off a massive win.
The Lakers kept it close and led the game for the first half but just couldn’t keep up with the uber-talented Bucks. LeBron was seen on the sideline laughing on many occasions, prompting a fan to claim that James is finally happy now that Russell Westbrook has been traded away.

The dismal Westbrook experiment in LA has finally ended, and the Lakers will look to salvage their season with a talented and young core featuring players like D’Angelo Russell, Jarred Vandriblit, Malik Beasley, and Mo Bamba.
Are The Lakers Solidifying A Playoff Spot?
The last 2 losses have been pretty bad for LA, who have fallen further behind in the Western Conference playoff race. Their 25-31 record essentially means the Lakers need to lose less than 10 of their remaining 26 games to ensure they can have a record above .500.
Even just being above .500 doesn’t guarantee them a top-6 seed but it could be enough to secure a play-in spot. If that is the 9th or 10th seed, the Lakers will have immense pressure on themselves to win consecutive games before taking on the No. 1 seed in the first round of the playoffs.
The Lakers have to climb a mountain, so if LeBron is actually happy, we’ll see it on the court through his chemistry with his new teammates.
