When it comes to being a true point guard, the NBA has not seen many players like Basketball Hall of Famer Jason Kidd. Kidd had a certain flair in his game, which he used to find his teammates with ease.

Although Kidd spent the prime of his career with the Phoenix Suns and New Jersey Nets, his dream of winning an NBA Championship didn’t become a reality until he joined the Dallas Mavericks for his second stint with the team.

Kidd and co. famously defeated the Miami Heat Big 3 of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh in the 2011 NBA Finals. The Mavericks’ smart strategy to stop James in his tracks did the job for them.

Jason Kidd’s Savage Answer About His Favorite LeBron James Memory

Jason Kidd had several opportunities with LeBron James throughout his career. The two players shared the court with each other when playing for Team USA. But at the same time, they were rivals during the 2011 NBA Finals and, of course, the other times when they faced off against each other.

Since retiring from the NBA, Kidd has taken on the role of a coach, and he had the chance to coach LeBron with the Los Angeles Lakers. But ever wondered what Kidd’s favorite memory was of James? Well, the 49-year-old recently gave a savage answer to it.

Winning against LeBron and the Heat must undoubtedly be one of the most memorable moments of Kidd’s life. But that doesn’t mean that the former NBA champion disrespects James by any means.

If anything, he has been very vocal about picking LeBron James as the greatest basketball player of all time. It’s a great compliment for James from one of the best point guards of the last few decades.
