EuroBasket is in full swing right now. With top European countries like Germany, France, and Greece participating in the league, this is a must-watch for NBA fans this offseason. Given that this is one of the biggest tournaments in European basketball, the best of the best players are part of the ongoing tournament right now.

From Giannis Antetokounmpo to Luka Doncic, NBA superstars are leading their respective nations in the tournament. Doncic and Slovenia are on a roll right now. Winning their latest game against Hungary, Slovenia is the second-best team in their group, only behind Germany.

Mavs Coach Jason Kidd Unimpressed With Luka Doncic’s Incredible Three

Doncic undoubtedly had a big part in Slovenia’s latest victory against Hungary. Scoring 20 points along with 7 assists and 7 rebounds in only 19 minutes, the 23-year-old superstar was influential in the 103-88 victory.

While Luka had some incredible dimes in the game, perhaps one of the most notable plays that Doncic had was a three-pointer. After a screen from their center, Luka hit an incredible three-pointer from the half court. While fans in the arena were going crazy over the shot, Dallas Mavericks coach Jason Kidd, who was in attendance, wasn’t too excited at seeing Doncic score the basket.

Commentator: "Luka doesn't have to dominate with his scoring, does he?"

It is great to see that the Slovenian is in top form ahead of the NBA season. While many pundits often question the youngster for not being in the best of shape, with EuroBasket going on, the 23-year-old looks at the top of his game right now.

After finishing the season with an appearance in the Western Conference Finals, the Mavs will be hoping to establish themselves as a contender in the West. While adding Christian Wood is a step in the right direction, the Mavs have failed to replace the void left by the departure of Jalen Brunson. Are the new look Mavericks good enough to compete? Only time will tell.
