LeBron James traveled to Paris on Saturday to support Liverpool, drawing a lot of attention during his journey to France and even after he made it to the city. Liverpool faced off against Real Madrid in the 2022 UEFA Champions League final, with many fans attending the game, hoping to see the Reds lift the trophy for the second time in the last four seasons. 

Unfortunately for James and the English side, Real Madrid played a great game and came out victorious, getting a close 1-0 win to become Champions League winners for the 14th time in their rich history. 

Still, LeBron found a way to enjoy the game and have a nice time in Paris, and he met with some big names from the world of soccer. Real Valladolid president and Real Madrid legend Ronaldo Nazario were in attendance for the game, and the former striker linked up with some incredible athletes. 

Besides Spanish tennis sensation Carlos Alcaraz, R9 met LeBron and took a picture with the Los Angeles Lakers superstar.

It is a legendary picture between two incredible representatives of their respective sports. Ronaldo is the greatest striker of all time, somebody who made history wherever he went, and even though he never won the Champions League, nobody doubts that he’s one of the biggest legends in soccer history. 

As for LeBron, he’s one of the greatest basketball players of all time, winning four NBA championships, four MVPs, and four Finals MVPs, having an incredible resume in 19 years of his career. James celebrated Liverpool’s win in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup this season, but they couldn’t get the Premier League trophy or the Champions League. It was a season that could see the team winning four championships, but the situation was different at the end of the campaign.
