It’s well known that Kevin Durant’s relationship with his mom is very tight, as they are always supporting each other and showing their love no matter what. As KD said, his mother played a big role in his life and did everything she could to make sure the 2x NBA champion never lost the focus.

When it’s playoff time, Wanda is ready to support her son wherever he goes, showing her passion when things aren’t going KD’s way. Last year, she was spotted calling out PJ Tucker during the memorable Milwaukee Bucks vs. Brooklyn Nets series in the second round of the postseason.

She’s not done with those antics, as Wanda was spotted calling out people again, but this time, she was attacking a referee. During Game 2 of the Celtics-Nets series at TD Garden, she went off on an official and cameras caught her in 4K.

Durant has gone against a physical defense during this series, with the Celtics putting a lot of pressure on him to force turnovers. That strategy has worked just fine so far and has frustrated Nets Nation. Wanda was unhappy too and she let the refs know what she thought about the officiating. While she was blasting the referee, fans had a blast watching her defend her son with so much passion.

Unfortunately for them, the Nets lost Game 2 of the series, with the Celtics looking even stronger than before. They are back in Brooklyn for Game 3 and Game 4, and everybody expects to see something different from the Brooklynites. Wanda will be there, ready to call people out if her son is getting bad treatment.

The Nets are ready to see Ben Simmons return in Game 4 of the series, but they must win Game 3 first to have a real chance to overcome this current situation.
