Kyle Kuzma has lived up and downs with the Washington Wizards, but he’s enjoying his process on the capital team. The young forward is trying to create something good in D.C. and everybody is embracing him after two months of showing good things for the Wizards.

Recently, Bradley Beal heaped praise on Kuz, who recorded his fourth straight game with 20-plus points against the Charlotte Hornets. He dropped 36 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and dished out six assists to help his squad get an important victory.

Following the match, Beal had nothing but good things to say about Kuzma, explaining why he’s playing better than before, seemingly taking a shot at the Los Angeles Lakers and the Hollywood lifestyle.

“He now has it where he can flap his wings. He can breathe and relax and go play. He doesn’t have to worry about all that outside stuff, the distractions per se. He can go hoop,” Beal said, via Chase Hughes of NBC Sports.

Kuzma also discussed his sweet moment, saying that playing in a big market has pros and cons, but he’s comfortable where he is right now, thanking his teammates and coaches for trusting him.

“I’m just in a great situation here in Washington. The coaching staff believes in me, the players believe in me and I’m just having fun, honestly. I’m having a lot of fun,” he said.

The 2020 NBA champion is living great moments in Washington and he hopes to keep helping the team this season. They led the Eastern Conference standings at some point and now are trying to climb positions, as they rank 7th at this moment.

Kuzma has been a pleasant surprise this season and his team is very happy to have him on board. The future looks bright for the Wizards and seeing how high a star like Beal is on Kuz, he’ll be around for a long time.
