The Miami Heat have gotten a great player in Avery Bradley. The point guard has agreed to a two-year, $11.6 million deal with the 2020 NBA Finals runners-up. Bradley, curiously, last played for the Los Angeles Lakers, the team that beat the Heat in the big series.

He opted out of the bubble due to health concerns about COVID-19. Well, now he’s headed to Miami to join a very talented Miami Heat that already secured the services of Goran Dragic and Meyers Leonard. Now they added more depth with Bradley, who showed he can be a very good addition to any team during his time with the Lakers.

The defensive specialist will give the Heat a boost entering the new season. He opted out of his contract with the Lakers, declining $5 million to test the waters of free agency.
