Draymond Green is no stranger to having beef with players in the NBA. Sometimes, the players are Green’s own former teammates.

Green seemingly has a rocky relationship with his former teammate, Harrison Barnes. Draymond revealed that Barnes still doesn’t like him by giving an example of how he didn’t receive a wedding invite in an episode of ‘The Draymond Green Show’ back in 2022.

“To this day, Harrison Barnes don’t like me for KD coming here,” Green said. “And the reality is, I didn’t tell the Warriors to trade you to bring KD in. … He took it very personally because of that story that came out that I cried to KD in the car. He took it very personally at me. This dude invites Steph, Klay, and everybody to his wedding except me. I didn’t take it personally ’cause it is what it is. … It sucks that you got traded, but you went and made your money.”

Draymond Green pointed out that not being invited to Harrison Barnes’ wedding was arguably a part of the latter still being salty about Kevin Durant getting traded to the Warriors in 2016.

Green believes Barnes blames him for getting traded to the Mavericks. After all, the media was running stories about Draymond recruiting KD to the Dubs after losing the 2016 NBA Finals.

Harrison Barnes And The Sacramento Kings Have Botched A 2-0 Lead vs. The Warriors

Taking a 2-0 lead against the defending champions of the NBA was a huge feat by the Sacramento Kings.

However, they have allowed the Warriors to make a comeback and defeat them in three consecutive games. As a result, the series is now 3-2 in favor of the Dubs.

Harrison Barnes missed a crucial wide-open shot in Game 4 of the series. Had Barnes made that shot, the Kings would have had a commanding 3-1 lead.

Considering Game 6 will be played in the Warriors’ home, it’s hard to see them allowing the Kings to make a comeback in the series. Keeping that in mind, Barnes will certainly shoulder a lot of blame for messing up a chance to deliver the knockout punch to the Warriors when they had a chance.
