Fortunately for the Bucks, they still managed to win the game during overtime and saved themselves from one of the most embarrassing defeats in the history of the NBA. It will be exciting to see if Bucks players will give a befitting reply to Embiid after his recent comments.
Giannis Antetokounmpo Continues His Hot Form This Season
Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 30 points, 21 rebounds, and 10 assists in the overtime win against the Raptors. It was yet another dominant game from the Greek Freak after dropping 55 points against the Washington Wizards in the Bucks’ previous game.
Giannis’ performance against the Raptors was presumably a clap back for Kevin Durant’s friend, who claimed that the Bucks superstar’s game is boring.
“I love Giannis. I love the kind of aloofness and the personality he brings. He’s up there reading dad jokes and he’s got the bell with his wife and all this stuff and it’s cool. You are kinda boring. You don’t make jumpers. You don’t really dribble that well. There is some stuff that we don’t like whereas we watch Kyrie or Steph and they’re way more aesthetically pleasing.”
Well, whether Giannis’ playing style is boring or not, it works well for him and the Milwaukee Bucks. He has been nothing but dominant over the last few years and even won an NBA Championship in 2021.
