The Golden State Warriors completed their magical comeback to the top of the NBA with a big win over the Boston Celtics in the 2022 edition of the Finals. The Dubs returned from a 2-1 deficit and won three straight games to close things out, becoming NBA champions for the fourth time in the last seven years.

After the game and series were over, everybody showered the Warriors in praise, with fans confirming they are a dynasty, and other NBA figures celebrated their Big 3 for coming back to the top after a couple of terrible seasons.

They’re still celebrating the title and having a blast, and more people have celebrated their most recent success. One of those is Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who took to social media to send a message to the Warriors. He praised the team for their resilience and how they fought back to beat the Celtics even when things didn’t look that promising.

“An NBA championship is never just won, it is earned through the pain of endless practice, inevitable losses, and unexpected injuries. Only the strongest prevail. Today a new Golden light shines over the NBA world. Congratulations, Champs. Well deserved.”

The Warriors are back and the NBA is on notice now. They have a solid core with veteran players and young stars that are likely to continue this good moment for many years. They have the experience, they aren’t afraid of the grind, know how to share the ball, and have one thing in mind: winning.

The future is bright for this team and while their fans can’t wait to see what’s next for them, the rest of the league must be worried about the refreshed Warriors.
