Kendrick Perkins Will “Bow Down” To Giannis If He Wins Finals MVP: “He’ll Be Knocking On The Door Of A Top 5 Power Forward All-Time.”

For the past few weeks, Kendrick Perkins has adamantly called Giannis Antetokounmpo a “robin” to Khris Middleton. In other words, the Greek Freak is more of a sidekick than a hero.

While he has not yet abandoned that idea, Perk conceded that if Giannis wins the Championship (and Finals MVP in the process), the Bucks star would join some of the All-Time greats at his position.

“If Giannis goes and wins this championship and wins Finals MVP, I will bow down to Giannis. I will call Giannis a top 10 power forward, knocking on the door of a top 5 power forward all-time.”

It’s no secret that Giannis is not the closer for Milwaukee. His struggles shooting the basketball have put that burden on Khris Middleton.

Giannis is, however, the team’s best and most valuable player. His defense, size, and amazing finishing ability are virtually impossible to stop, and it’s the reason Milwaukee is in this position in the first place.

If he completes the task and takes the Bucks all the way, it will be hard to deny him his place in history, and all that “robin” talk from KP will have to be shut down.

That’s just one of the many perks that come from being a Champion.
